From the moment of conception to completion, our concept was executed in 28 days over the Christmas break! We knew we had created something special, and once the creative went live, it was great to see that people felt the same.

Duracell Superbowl XLVIII

No one cares about batteries and struggle to seperate one from another. We decided to tell another story, one that empowers people to trust their power. Some sources of power are stronger than others, and who better to tell this story than Derrick Coleman.

The Utah National Parks are some of the most spectacular in the world. We were challenged to create a piece of work that would slap busy San Francisco commuters in the face and jalt them into thinking about taking a little trip into the wilderness.

When I first arrived to see the installation in San Francisco, there were three people taking pictures of the view with their iphones. How often does that happen? In fact, one evening I sat and watched people's reactions and they walked through the space, it was a fantastic experience.

We were challenged to highlight the many different channels avaliable through Charter Cable. This brief gave birth to Mike, the IT man who has seen every action movie that exists.

We had the wonderful opportunity to shoot these commercials with Aaron Ruelle, the epic director known for his role in Napoleon Dynamite. We were challenged to bring the concept of 'more selection' to life for our audience.

We were challenged to redesign Nickelodeon's front lobby in Los Angeles. They explained that they felt the office had become quite corporate and wanted to bring some soul into the space.

After Nickelodeon explained that they felt the office had become quite corporate and wanted to bring some soul into the space, we had the perfect solution. We suggested that we commission the graffiti artist Nychos to rip open Nick's staple charater and show his soul. We also hosted an art show for the studio and invited The Weird Crew to come and showcase their work.

One of my favorite hobbies is to shop in antique stores. I found this large ancient dollhouse and figured it would be the perfect environment for a music video some friends and I decided to make. The music video was an independent project and only shared with the artist once it was completed.

JACK IN THE BOX

The restaurant was launching a new burger during the NFL Superbowl and wanted to create a digital campaign that would drive people to try the burger. The burger was the Hot Mess, so we decided that the louder people scream the less the burger would cost.

This Hot Mess burger was the first burger worth screaming for. The louder you scream, the less your burger would cost. This was our loud method of launching the burger with a small budget during the NFL Superbowl.

We were challenged to design posters that captured the creative process. We felt that the battle for creating great work is an agressive process and created a series of posters to reflect this.

This series of posters that captured the agressive nature of creating and defending good work were printed and given to a range of different design studios. The posters were created to promote the Salt Lake City Addy Award show. The posters generated a large amount of buzz on a series of different design blogs.

A small group of friends and I created this commercial with a small budget. We wanted to show the world that protecting your Doritos from those around you is serious business.

If you get the chance, ask me about this production. I have a story that will blow your mind. Multiple things went wrong on this shot, but one thing went right, and that was the outcome. We were able to win first prize at the D&AD awards, which made all the pain worth while.
